Do briefs publish on holidays? Briefs follow the trading calendar: no editions on weekends or market holidays.
Is there a free trial? Yes. New members get the first 3 days of Premium free on either plan. You approve UPI AutoPay or a card at checkout & pay ₹0 that day; Premium opens straight away. Your first payment is taken on day 3. Cancel before then from your account & you won't be charged, & you keep Premium until the trial ends. One trial per email; returning members start a normal subscription. A small, automatically refunded amount may appear while the mandate is set up.
What does it cost? ₹499 per month or ₹4,999 per year. Payments are processed by Razorpay through UPI, cards & netbanking. Card & banking details go directly to Razorpay & are never seen or stored by this site.
Can a subscription be cancelled? Anytime. Sign in & use Manage subscription. A charged website plan stops at the end of its current billing cycle, while a future scheduled plan that has not charged is cancelled immediately. Access already paid for stays available, & started billing periods are not refunded pro-rata.
What happens if a renewal payment fails? You get an email straight away with a one-click link to your account, where you can update your card or restart with UPI AutoPay. Razorpay retries for a few days & your access stays open for a week after your paid period ends while you sort it out. Monthly plans are paid by UPI AutoPay or bank autopay, which you approve once & which then renew on their own; cards are offered on the annual plan.
My paid subscription was transferred from Substack. Do I still need to cancel there? No. If HV Investing transferred your paid Substack subscription into this website, payments for that transferred Substack subscription have already been stopped from HV Investing’s end. Any paid time carried over remains available through the date shown in your account.
Is there a refund window? A new annual subscriber who is unsatisfied can get a full refund within 7 days of first payment. Write to the contact address below from the subscribed email. Refunds, where due, are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Full terms are on the terms & privacy page.
Offline or bank-transfer payment? Possible. Write in & the subscription is set up manually on the same terms.
How does sign-in work? There are no passwords. Enter the email used to subscribe on the sign-in page & a one-time link arrives by email. The link works once, expires in 15 minutes, & keeps the browser signed in for 90 days.
The link expired or was already used. Request a fresh one from the sign-in page. There is no limit beyond a short rate cap.
Subscribed but seeing the paywall? Make sure the sign-in email is the one used at payment. If the subscription has lapsed, renewing from the subscribe page restores access immediately.
