Opening remarks
K. DalmiaManaging Director, Adityabirla Real Estate
Thank you, Harsh. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us, our Q1 FY27 Earning Call.
India continued to demonstrate strong macroeconomics momentum in the quarter ended June 2026, building on the 7.6% real GDP growth recorded in FY25-26. While inflation began to firm up, with headline CPI rising to 4.38% in June 2026, the broader economic environment remains supportive of sustained growth. The real estate sector continued to benefit from this backdrop and even as the composition of investors evolved meaningfully during the quarter.

The transcript as the company filed it on BSE. Our own rules split it into speakers & sections; an unusual layout can trip them, so check the original PDF for anything important. Not a recommendation.
