Opening remarks

Shrikant BadveManaging Director

Good morning, everyone and thank you for joining us today to discuss Belrise Industries financial results for the first quarter of FY2027. On the call today, I have with my sons, Sumedh and Swastid, along with our CFO, Mr. Rahul Ganu, our CMO, Mr. Sunil Kulkarni, and SGA, our investor relations advisors.

We entered FY27 carrying forward the momentum we built through last year and I am pleased to say Q1 has been an eventful quarter for us. We strengthened our balance sheet through a capital raise, added a high-quality business to our commercial vehicle portfolio, made further progress on our energy and aerospace and defense platform, and continued to win marquee new business across our core segments.

The transcript as the company filed it on BSE. Our own rules split it into speakers & sections; an unusual layout can trip them, so check the original PDF for anything important. Not a recommendation.
