Reported financial statements reflect acquisition of Dealskart, Meller, and GeoIQ from their respective transaction closing dates, while proforma statements present these financials as if the acquired businesses had always been a part of the company, and hence represent a clearer trend analysis. For Q1 FY27, there is no difference between proforma and reported financials.
