How this screen works

Companies whose management put a number on growth in the earnings call about these results: revenue, profit, loans, volumes or orders to grow by a stated percentage, for a year or as a yearly rate over a few years. An AI (Claude) reads each call & picks out the guidance; our rules then check each number: it must be in the passage, said by the company's management (not an analyst), in a passage about what lies ahead, & a percentage with a word for growth. A range counts by its low end, so "15% to 20%" passes 15%+ but not 20%+. Margins & amounts (capex, order wins in ₹ crore) are in each call's notes, not in this screen. A call is read within a few hours of its transcript being filed on BSE. Guidance is what management expects, not a promise: "In the call" opens the passage.

It redevelops old housing societies (rebuilding old buildings, rehousing existing residents & selling the extra flats) into luxury homes in western suburbs such as Juhu, Andheri & Versova, & listed in August 2025.

Pre-sales hit a record ₹470 crore in the quarter, up 83%, led by Lotus Trident in Andheri (₹180 crore) & Lotus Celestia in Versova (₹100 crore), taking first-half pre-sales to about ₹879 crore. What Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers does

Besides broking, it lends clients money to invest in shares through MTF (margin trading facility) & distributes mutual funds, insurance & other products, earning trail commissions (a small yearly fee on money that stays invested).
    What is behind it
On its Jul-Sep 2026 earnings call (transcript filed on 21 Oct), management kept two targets for the end of FY27 (March 2027): about 40% growth in distribution AUM (assets under management: client money in the products it distributes) & an MTF book of ₹1,750 crore to ₹1,800 crore. Results filed on 13 Oct showed revenue up 20.3% to ₹273 crore & profit up 50.3% to ₹41.9 crore, with MTF interest income up 36% & broking revenue up 34%. Management said distribution income grew only 4% as it moved from upfront to trail commissions, & that trail income now covers about 75% of staff costs.
    How big is it
Distribution AUM was ₹9,999 crore at 30 Sep, up 29.2% in a year. The MTF book was ₹1,499 crore, so reaching the target needs about ₹250 crore to ₹300 crore more by March; profit of ₹41.9 crore on revenue of ₹273 crore is a 15% profit margin.
